No Refunds Policy

At TheBestResume.com, we maintain a strict no-refunds policy for all purchases of our resume writing services. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we immediately begin work on your resume, allocating resources and professional time to your project.

Due to the custom nature of our services and the immediate allocation of resources upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the final product
  • Changes in career plans or job search strategy
  • Finding employment before receiving your completed resume
  • Delays in providing required information for your resume
  • Change of mind after purchase

Limited Exceptions

We may consider refunds only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally place and pay for the exact same service twice within a 24-hour period.
