Interviewing

The purpose of the resume is to get you an interview.

The purpose of the interview is for you to find out if the job is right for you, and for you to convince the interviewer that you may be the right person for the job.

An effective interview is a give and take, a dialogue, between two or more people with the purpose of gaining enough information to make a decision.

In addition to having your resume and cover letter reviewed and improved, you should consider our practice interview process.

I will send you interview questions  to think about in advance, we will set up times to talk for 90 minutes, ideally three sessions of 30 minutes each but we can break the 90 minutes up another way if that would be easier for you.  I will call and interview you, critique your answers, and give you advice on better ways to address them. I will also provide you a list of questions you should ask at an interview.

Finally I will help you understand the perfect answer to the salary question, and give you practical tips for negotiating a better starting package.

You will get a great return from the $99.00 you invest in this package.
